Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
I-pill intake can cause various side effects like dizziness, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, uterine pain, irregular menstruation etc.
However the side effects on developing pregnancy are negligible, if Ipill is taken as in your case. However it can increase the chances of miscarriage. Major birth defects are not found in any of study.
As Ipill was take before concieving or just at same days. It wouuld not cause any damage to developing child. As it has a very short half life of 36 hours & when your baby is developing there would not be any drug left in your body.

Therefore you could continue the pregnancy if are able to despite high chances of miscarriage

Refer to a gynaecologist for more queries

Don't worry you would be fine
Hope this information helps
