What Are The After Effects Of Double Vision?

I was punched in the eye during boxing and there was double vision for about 6 hours after the double vision has since disappeared exert when chin is down and eyes are directed up. There has been blood in mucus from nose and there is no pain around the eye as far as the bones around it. There is a slight discomfort which seems to be located behind my eye. There is still a swollen bruised area directly under eye. It has since been 3 days

Hello
It seems from the history that you had a injury to the eye following it you are having double vision and bleeding from nose.
This indicates probable damage to the extra ocular muscle or nerves supplying them because of direct impact of injury or because of fracture of bones of orbit or face.
Hence this requires evaluation by radiological investigations like CT scan or X ray to find out the cause and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
