Hello,

Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thanks for writing.
I am Dr.Saddiq-ul-Abidin. I have read your question completely, I understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

I am sorry to know about your loss previously and I hope this time things will go smooth. Your history and comments of your doctor about problems in development of your baby suggest that you might be having one of the two issues.
1) Pre-eclampcia.
2) Antiphyosphilipid antibody synderome.

Loprin is brand name of a drug called Aspirin , this is used to prevent blood from clotting, this is used in problems in which there is a change of blood clotting in the vessels which can lead to grim consequences by blocking a vital blood vessel. This prevents platelet aggregation in the blood.

Loprin is used as a protective medicine in both the above mentioned conditions.

1)Pre-Eclampcia:
Pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) in general and preeclampsia in particular are major causes of maternal and perinatal morbidity. aspirin in doses of 60-150 md/day during the second and third trimester reduces the risk of PIH and improves maternal and neonatal outcomes.

2)Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome:
some experts recommend that pregnant women with a condition called antiphospholipid syndrome take a low dose of aspirin. This prevents blood clots in the vessels.

I would suggest you to take your medication regularly and go for regular follow up visits to your doctor as your pregnancy is a high risk one so it needs many times more care compared to ordinary pregnancy so stay careful everything hopefully will stay fine.

I hope this answered your question. If you have more queries I am happy to answer.

Regrads.
