dear sir, i want to know about ginger. what are the benefits of it ? daily a small peice of ginger i eat with littile amount of nyzela. has there any harmness for eating it ?
** 1. because of the chemical constituents present in ginger it decreases uric acid, cholesterol,acts as anti fungal,anti bacterial,anti inflammatory. 2. because of its Prabhav (Impact) in Ayurveda as "Triptighan" i.e. which quenches thirst it is useful as Coolant, in Abdominal-Respiratory and joint disorders. 3. Ginger also acts as an Anti platelet: thus consuming it regularly may cause ineffective homeostasis after an injury, so check regularly with your platelet count.
