Primarily it appears to due to perforation in the ear drum and drainage is due to middle ear infection. You need X ray mastoid bilateral schullers view, Pus - culture and sensitivity, based on which you should have specific course of antibiotics. Due to histiocytosis your immunity is already reduced, which can be the cause of recurrent infection.
