Doctor, what are the reasons for follicular hyperkeratosis? Is this different from lichen planus? I have some patches on the shins of both legs ... and even after using Retino, Halovate S for close to 2 years, these erruptions dont seem to be minimizing ... on the contrary, they seem to be slowly expanding to the sides of the shin area where they were originally noticed. Please advise.
