What Are The Causes If Missed Pills?

I ve been on the pill for about four months and i went on holiday and missed out taking two pills about three weeks ago and i ve had a period ever since (so i ve been having a three week period). Also, about three months ago i had a miscarriage so i was wondering if the bleeding had anything to do with that.

Hi,

I don't think so there is any relationship with miscarriage which happened 3 months ago. Missing two pills doesn't cause menorrhagia or prolonged bleeding. You can take some tablets to stop bleeding which should be under prescription. Because if you bleed for so long then anemia will also become a problem.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
