What Are The Causes Of Having Recurring Pain In Middle Of Chest While Sitting And Laying Down?

Hi, I am having a sort of throbbing pain in the middle of my chest, it kinda shoots up at the same time, its been on and off again pain but its been happening more offen consistenly, it usually only happens when im sitting down and sometimes laying down, any ideas?

I think the pain which u are describing is either due to some acidity or gastritis. Start tablet XXXX 40mg daily before breakfast for 3 weeks
