What Are The Causes Of Having Small Reddish Raised Bumps Behind Knees During Winter Season?

My daughter has small white/reddish raised bumps behind her knees. It's winter and her skin is dry. I am looking for some advice on whether we are dealing with molluscum or keratosis pilaris. We are taking her to her physician tomorrow. Does the time of year tend to favor one condition over the other?
Thanks

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
She might be suffering from atopic dermatitis.
Knee pit is typical site for this.
It is an autoimmune condition with aggravation in winters.
Molluscum or keratosis pilaris usually are not present in this area.
A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
