Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

In homogenous, opacities in both lower lobes of lung is seen with:

1. Bilateral lung infection (Pneumonia)
2. Pulmonary fibrosis
3. Bronchiectesis
4. BOOP (bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia)

So, it is better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination and high resolution CT scan (HRCT) for the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
