Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be renal stone or urinary tract infection.

So immediate go for urine routine and culture test and ultrasound of lower abdomen to ruleout stone or any internal hemorrhage.

After the proper diagnosis take treatment.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
