What Are The Causes Of Recurring Vomiting Of A 4 Year Old Child?

My 4 year old has been vomiting since 9:30pm last night, she can't keep anything down. As soon as she takes a sip of water it comes back up. When she trys to stand she says everything is spinning and when she trys to walk she falls over. No fever, no diarrhea, no pain.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

There are several causes of vomiting. Most important cause is gastroenteritis. Other causes include intestinal obstruction, head injury etc. Since your child is falling when she tries to walk you should consult your doctor at the earliest possible.

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
