Yes, you do want to see a doctor. Make time for it. Going now will be much better than going after you have some medical crisis, right? :) Don't be frightened. Going early to see a doctor gives you more options and a better chance to prevent serious problems. I have an irregular heartbeat, too... in my case it's congenital. It's good to do some reading on the subject. I have found that regular aerobic exercise helps my heart control it's beating and my dad found this for him as well. Talk to your doctor about an exercise program AND MAKE TIME FOR IT. I also learned that for me it helps to keep more even blood sugar... no more candy bars on an empty stomach! hahahaha. More fiber, fresh veggies, etc. And i limit my caffeine, too, and that helps. I tell you these things because doctors focus more on medication, etc. as solutions, but exercise and diet also have a lot of effect. My dad first started having heart problems at the age of 30, and they thought he'd have a short life. He started bicycling every day and watching his diet. He's now 89 years old and still living independently!!! So don't be frightened, but DO take this as your signal that you want to put a healthy lifestyle at the top of your priorities, k? :)

Hi well come to HCM.
Skiping of heart beat can occur in rhythm dis order of heart like, Vpcs, Apcs, AF,Irregular
heart block and even in anxiety. But to judge all this minimum requirement is Ecg. YOU
may not need any treatment for this if occassional iregularities are there. But to come
to conclusion medeical check up is must. When we advice to see doctoe because if
provided data to us are demanding doctors examination and some help of investigation
thanks.
