Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, 9 days ago I had protected sex with a sex worker, a durex extra safe condom was used however she placed it on my penis and as I was intoxicated I cannot remember how she also removed it with tissue. I accidentally touched a liquid I do not know which and thereafter touched my chin. I received oral and had vaginal sex with a condom on changing positions once the intercourse did not last longer than 5 minutes. Now I am suffering from penile itching I have developed to swollen spots one located behind my ear and the other under my chin, in addition to that there has been the appearance of a few tiny black spots on my inner thigh, however I did shave the whole area the day after the incident. I am extremely worried and do not know what to do what are my chances of STIs/HIV
There are not many chances but still chances for receiving any dermal(skin) infection instead of any HIV as you used a condom. Incidence of any other STD could also not be neglected completely as there are many infections that are classified under STD with other skin features with super added infection. Please visit a skin specialist (Dermatologist and venereologist) for a better and safer assessment.
