Hello
You inserted your penis in the vagina ( only tip just for 1-2 seconds according to you ) .
HIV infection is sexually transmitted disease ( STD ) worldwide . The VIRUS ( of HIV ) has been demonstrated in CERVICAL SMEARS & VAGINAL FLUID . When there is sex stimulation , naturally there develop cervical secretion and also fluid secretion from vagina . If your penis ( without condom , when you inserted in vagina ) contacted with these secretions , there is chance of getting HIV infection , if female was HIV infected patient ( But it is not necessary that you got infection because I have seen so many cases when person didn't got infection even other partner was HIV infected ) .
But for precaution please get in p24 nucleic acid amplification test for confirmation . You should get this test after 2 weeks of initial infection ( contact with a girl ).
Oral sex ( without condom ) is a much less efficient mode of transmission of HIV .
A number of studies have reported that the incidence of transmission of infection by oral sex among couples discordant for HIV is extremely low , so need not to worry .
But assumption that receptive oral sex is completely safe is not a warranty .
I recommend you get in blood for VDRL ( TO RULE OUT venereal disease ) and above mentioned test for HIV.
Hope this will help you.
