Hello doctor i had proteced oral sex with a sex worker she put her mouth over my penis head twice an the i stop.... i have this crazy thoughts in my head like what is the condom had a small hole in it or ect... i had a hiv rapid test on the 8th week an it was negitive can i count on that me being ok please helo me.....

Thanks for the query. Your worries are theoretically correct but as per your description, the risk of hiv transmission with adequate protection and oral sex is very very low. Further more, if hiv rapid test 8 weeks down the line is negative, i guess there are enough reasons to shed off all your worries about the present situation.
Having said that , to be 100% sure, you need to do a western blot test after 3 months.
