What Are The Chances Of STD Transmission Through Oral Sex?

Hi, I had a reactive RPR and FTA-ABS in Aug 2013. The titer was 1:256. I had the 3 shots of Penicillin and the subsequent titers are as follows: 5/9/2014 1:32; 9/17/2014 and 3/12/2015 1:16. I am a gay man who gave several unprotected- blow jobs to a man. I did not have any open sores at the time nor now. He did not show any visible signs of infection e.g. sores. That was the only type of sex (oral) that we ever had. No kissing either. I am no longer in touch with that man. What are the chances that I could have infected him? I got really concerned after reading some of the questions in this forum. Please advise and thanks in advance.
