What Are The Chances Of A Patient's Daughters To Develop The IGA Nephropathy?

My son-in-law has IGA nephropathy. He is 32 y.o. and his GFR is 22. His father died at a young from IGA. We are looking at going on a transplant list soon.
What are the statistical chances that his two daughters ages 4 and 7 will eventually develop the disease?

Although there may be a genetic predisposition towards Ig A nephropathy it is relatively rare for the disease to appear in more than one family member. It must be noted that genetic predisposition may not be the whole story. It is possible that environmental or other factors may play a role as well.
Greater than 90% of IgA nephropathy is not familial.
Feel free to ask if you have any other doubts
