What Are The Chances Of Getting HIV With Anal Intercourse?

Hi, last night I have sexual intercourse with transexual female. We had protected oral and anal sex. She gave me unprotected anal fingering, but protected insertive anal sex and my anus was bleeding, due to first time, from receptive behaviour. So is fingering carry the risk of HIV transmission? And my bleeding anus will carry the risk even though we both use condoms for role-play, I both be insertive and receptive. I don t know when my anus was bleeding whether it from finger or protected penis. Should I be worry about this chance of getting HIV ? Really appreciated.

Hello,

If you used condoms then there is no risk of getting HIV infection. The HIV is not likely to be taken by fingers. I think you have very little chances of getting HIV.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
