What Are The Chances Of Getting HIV With Unprotected Sex?

Doc if i have unproteced forplay meaning - in the spirit of the moment i slip my penis in twice and then realised i need to use protection, I pulled out and did not continue. Can HIV be transmitted if your partner may be HIV positive. Prior to this se gave me a blow job and now I have some red dots on the penis head. Please advice

thank you for query.the chances of transmission of STDs depends on abrasions in both in the areas of contact,secretions coming in contact,duration,disease status of partner(STDs or HIV),Number of sexual partners each have,etc .even oral or anal sex is a risk for transmission.Please consult doctor for investigation and ruling out for any STDs.It is better to have protected intercourse like using condoms if either of them have multiple partners.
