What Are The Chances Of Getting STD Without Penetration?
Dr. a male friend and I recently were fooling around. His penis slipped in me for just a second, before we cooled things down and stopped. I was wondering if these few seconds of unprotected sex could have transferred any STDs. He is a good friend, and I trust hes clean. Just worried.
Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic.
Generally speaking, the longer the sex, and the more friction that occurs, the greater the chance for the microscopic tears to occur, and the greater the chance for the pathogenic organism to enter into your body. Moreover, the longer the sex goes on, the greater the opportunity for the organism to enter your bloodstream and infect you. So the longer the sex continues, the greater the risk of infection.
Since your unprotected sexual contact has been very brief therefore the risks would be less but they cannot be dismissed as Zero, unless you test for them and confirm.
I would suggest that you seek an appointment with a dermatologist or a sexual health specialist for the needful. Your friend may be clean but you cannot be 100% sure about other people
