After reading your post, I would like to assure you that slight rise in your blood pressure is not alarming. Moreover it does not indicate that you had heart attack.
Blood pressure can rise due to many factors. Common factors at your age group can be :- > stress > smoking
I would like to advise you that you should lead a positive life. Yoga and meditation will help you in leading a balanced life.
Also avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
Regular exercise will also be helpful.
I hope this is helpful to you. Thanks.
