What Are The Chances Of Getting Heart Attack Due To Rise In BP From 140/80 To 160/84

2 days ago my b p was 160/84 on the after 1 hour again check my bp was 140/80 that night check again 129/78 After that day it is always normal like 124/78,116/75,120/80etc . So why that day my b p rise. Is that means I have a heart attack on that day my age is 28 plz help me

After reading your post, I would like to assure you that slight rise in your blood pressure is not alarming. Moreover it does not indicate that you had heart attack.

Blood pressure can rise due to many factors. Common factors at your age group can be :-
> stress
> smoking

I would like to advise you that you should lead a positive life. Yoga and meditation will help you in leading a balanced life.

Also avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.

Regular exercise will also be helpful.
