What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant After Missing One Blue Pill?

I am on Lo Loestrin Fe, and missed a blue bill on Friday. I followed the instructions on the pamphlet and took the pill I missed the next morning as well as the pill for Saturday that night. On Sunday, I had sex. I then forgot to take a blue pill that night (very very very dumb of me) and took two pills on Monday. Is there a risk of pregnancy? Should I take plan B?

Hi,

Taking two pills alternate day is not a wise way of contraception. If you are continuing rest pills regularly, there is little chance of conception. You would need to evacuate to avoid risk of fetal anomaly (specially after the pills taken in pregnancy). You can take plan B within 72 hours of sex. Withdraw the routine pill for this month. Be careful to use alternative barrier contraceptive till you start a fresh pack after periods.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
