What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant With PCOS?

Hi - I have pcos with very irregular periods after about 5 months of no period on the 10th of november they showed up and lasted for 13 days in total - period only consisted of brown blood and red clots occassionally - so we are ttc and we tried on the 28th i had signs of ovulation clear stretchy cervical mucus hightened temp and mild cramping so 3 days after ttc i started really light pink/brown spotting and now it is 5 days and im feeling a pulling sensation and am still mildly spotting - is there any chance i could be pregnant and when would you reccommened doing a hpt based on the info i have provided thanks

There is no problem in conceiving, ovulation induction drugs like letrozole may be required to be started after your HSG study comes normal.
