What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant Without Ejaculation?

Hello Doctor Chetna Jain, my name is Sarah, I am 24 years old. I recently stop taking my birth control (ocella-pill) like 25 days ago, I finished my old pack and didnt start on my new pack. I was also prescribed an infection medicine called Metronidazole tablet. After 5 days of missing my birth control my pharmacist said that I would have to wait on my next period to start my pill. Within those 5 days that I was taking my infection medicine I started experiencing some light period like cramping. When I read the side effects of the metronidazole medicine it read that if experiencing cramping stop taking it. So I stopped the medicine, but a week after stopping the medicine I was still experiencing cramps everday. I did have unprotected sex twice while I was off my birth control but my cramping started before the sex, had unprotected sex but condom was still put on before ejaculation. And I do know about pre-ejaculation. So doctor, could my symptoms mean im pregnant?
