my wife is have first child with spina bifida with hydrocephalus,and the baby died after 8 months,is the possibility of carrying same NTD for subsequent pregnency,

please go for genetic counselling and get the tests done and be clear abotut the prospect of subsequent pregnancy and proceed accordingly
