What Are The Chances Of Infection In A Highly Protected Sexual Act?
Hi, I have a question. I had sex with 2 different females and knew them for up to sometime and with both of the i used protection a latex condom and even during the encounter i make sured i was well protected. What are my chance of catching anything should i be really worried?
Hi, Welcome to HCM. Protected sex with known women has very very low risk for STD/HIV. There is a possibility of infection through the Condom uncovered parts of genital during sex, like root of penis and scrotal skin etc. But it is a remote possibility of less than 3%. So nothing to worry. Dr S.Murugan
