What Are The Chances Of Normal Delivery In Case Of PIH?

I'm 3 week pregnant. my blood pressure was normal upto 35th week but after that it became high and my liquor has reduced and is less than adequate. I'm controlling the B.P but how can it became adequate.

Would it be necessary to have c section or are there chances of normal delivery?

Hello,
The decision on the need for a cesarean section can be made bearing in mind the fetal well being and the risk of development of severe hypertension or eclampsia if vaginal delivery is allowed. With proper monitoring, normalized blood pressure with regular medication, good stress test, good biophysical profile and adequate placental circulation, vaginal delivery can be contemplated. When the indications for vaginal delivery like pelvic configuration are favorable, induction may be done on attainment of maturity under proper monitoring. Hope this helps.
