What Are The Chances Of Normal Pregnancy?

i am 28. i had pcod. my doc gave me ocp for 3 months. now there is no cyst. for last two months i am taking letroz but not getting preg. on the 1st month on letroz i did an ultrasound and it showed a 21mm follicle on my rt ovary. what r my chances of normal pregnancy?

Hi, I have gone through your question. If you are having follicle growth up to 20 mm , then there are high chances of getting pregnant.
Pregnancy in PCOS is difficult because of irregular ovulation. PCOS should be managed stepwise, the next step to be taken when the previous step fails:
1. Ovulation induction with drugs like clomiphene, letrozol
2. Intrauterine insemination
3. In vitro fertilization
I would suggest you to follow your doctor's advice and treatment as advised.
