What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Unprotected Intercourse?
Good day. I had unprotected sex with my bf 11days ago and in the past 11 days I have had my normal period for its short cycle as my cycles have always been short. I am 31 and for the past 11 days we have had unprotected sex 6 times. As per my gynaecologist I have very healthy fertile eggs. What are the chances of falling pregnant after the past few days?
If you had sexual intercourse during your ovulation period, you may likely get pregnant. If you are planning for a baby then you are suggested to get clinically examined by a OBGYN (both partners).
Get the routine tests done and ovulation period calculated so that you can conceive easily. In the meantime, you can continue to do sexual intercourse, take food rich in protein, calcium and minerals (both partner) and stay away from anxiety and stress.
Sometimes, conception can be attained early but at times it may take time. Stay well fed, well hydrated & avoid addictions if any.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
