What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy If Having Pregnancy Symptoms And HPT Is Negative?

Hi I have had pregnancy symptoms for the last two months such as weight gain, exhaustion, nausea, urinating frequently, and cravings. I also have had stretching and cramping feeling in stomach and lower back. I have not had a normal period. It only lasts 1 to 2 days very light and goes away. I normally have very long heavy periods of about 5 to 6 days. I am only gaining weight in my stomach and chest. I have taken several hpt and one urine at the doctor. They were negative. Could I still be pregnant

Hello and welcome HCM,
Thanks for your query, though all the symptoms you are speaking of suggest very non specifically of pregnancy , but these symptoms may be due to your contant increase in weight. Increase in weight itself may cause pain in the bosy and decrease flow during menstrual cycle. I would suggest you to visit a doctor, get your thyroid hormone profile done and last but not the least decrease your weight.
sine HPT is constantly negative there is nearly no chance of you being pregnant, plus you are still getting your periods though the flow is less. If you are still in doubt go for an ultrasound for confirmation.
take good care of yourself
