Hi, even though you failed to penetrate and did not ejaculate inside your partner does not mean that she cannot get pregnant. The secretions present before you ejaculate may contain some amount of sperms which can fertilise. But since she has taken the pill within 72 hours, the chances of pregnancy seems less.
However, never try such things again. Take adequate precautions to protect yourself and your partner when you have sex next time onwards.
