Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

For pregnancy, semen should be ejeculated deep inside of vagina for which there should be penetrative intercourse.

But in some cases even a slight penetration may lead to ejeculation of semen inside vagina or drop of it which may contain very high load of sperms in it.

So,in your case there is very less chance of getting pregnancy by this mean.

Also,if there is no penetrative sex then there is also no issue with contracting HIV or any other STDs.

However, pregnancy must be checked by urine pregnancy testing at home but only after 15 days of unprotected sex as it will give accurate result.

Consult gynecologist for further advice.
