Greetings doctor I m Sam from India previous week I had intercourse with my lover with out but the thing I didn t allow my sperm to go inside in to her vaginal I squirt my sperm out. my doubt is this will lead pregnancy because my lover menstrual is to be on 13july

The pre-ejaculatory fluid or pre-cum contains sufficient number of active & motile sperms which can fertilize the egg and hence pregnancy can occur.
Although you did not squirt your semen inside her but only one active sperm from the pre-ejaculatory fluid can enter and fertilize the egg.
Thus, pregnancy can occur.
