What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

My girlfriend and I were both naked. And she was on top of me. There were no contact of the vaginal opening and my penis yet I felt her secretions on below part of my penis. When I was about to ejaculate she got up but there were some in her pants. She wiped off her vagina (her secretions) and let the pant to dry. After cleaning the penis we again did that after sometime but that time I didnt ejaculate. It was her 16th day after the menstrual cycle. Will she get pregnant?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
In a regular 28 day menstrual cycle, ovulation takes place 14 days prior to onset of menstruation.
If she has a normal 28 day cycle, then she may conceive in day 16th if the sperms have entered the vagina.
The pre-ejaculatory secretions may contain sperms and if the pre-ejaculatory fluid is deposited in the vaginal tract, possibility of conception are there.
Thus, you may take up urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
Urine pregnancy test becomes positive 10-14 days after conception.
