What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy When On Fertab ?

My wife aged 31 has taken fertab for last three month. Now undergoing thru follicular study. 10th day scan report says follicle sizes right over 6.57 X 6.80, Left Over 8.22 X 4.89 endometrium thickness 6.20mm. and took an Hormone Injection. Will she could pregnant, I am very much anxious.
