What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy With Only 1 Tube Fully Functioning?

Can a hsg test delay my period? I had one done early April , left tube fine contrast spill right tube only slight spill may be blocked. Had intercourse during fertile window and on chlomid, Period 2 days late today done preg test = neg Could I possoble be pregnant still with only 1 tube fully functioning ?

HI,
I have read your query & understand your concern.
- HSG done methodically, under aseptic precautions does not have any effect on menses/ genital tract.
- Having one intact tube has 50%chances of conception/ good chances of conception provided the ovulation is from same sided ovary.
- Having sex on ovulation day/ being on Clomid,& delay in otherwise regular period.. does suggest conception. But 2 days delay in periods is too early to get reliable results. You should repeat the test after a weeks delay / Go for blood HCG testing for pregnancy for earlier results.
