What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Without Ejaculation?

Hi. My boyfriend and I were messing around the other day but we didn't have sex. I was wearing leggings and underwear and he was wearing his boxers. He came and a little bit got onto my hand (no where near my vagina) and I wiped it with a paper towel and went to wash it off with soap and water immediately. After wards, we said goodbye and i walked him out and came back and took a shower. I was really careful not to touch my vagina with the hand that got a little but of sperm on it, and I used a loofah to wash through my vagina. I did however wash the top of my vagina (not by the lips,by the triangle part) with my hand. I'm worried that there may have still been some sperm on my hand and could have slid down into my vagina? Please help me understand.

Is there a chance I could be pregnant?

Thank you in advance!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
A pregnancy needs a physiologically more intimate contact. Sufficient amount of ejaculate should enter directly into vagina. As you said that the semen came onto your hand which you wiped & washed immediately. Sperm would never had survived or entered in your uterus in this case.
So, I would say that pregnancy is unlikely and the chance is nil.

Hi,
There are all risk of having pregnancy even you tried every attempt to remove sperms mechanically.
Even few sperms entered into vagina can produce pregnancy.
It is better to go for pregnancy test if there is no period7-8 days passed of your expected date of period to rule out pregnancy.
Ok and take care.
