Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Niraj Modi's Response
Patient will recover from the fever and associated problems when he is getting good treatment. And his body is responding to it. Now about the stroke if he is paralyse one side then it will take time to recover. Recovery time is not define it depends on amount of damage in brain due to stroke. I suggest to start physio therapy immediately he recovers from critical care unit and comes to ward as well post discharge at hospital. Physio therapy will help him to recover at least up to the extent where he can do his daily routine activity on his own. Hope you got your answer here. Take care
