What Are The Cluster Of Veins Appeared On The Breast?

I have a cluster of veins about the size of a baseball that just recently appeared right under my left breast. Is this something I should consult a doctor about? I am only 25, and even though I have some vericos veins on my legs, it concerns me that these veins are so close to my heart.
