Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1 ) First of all do not panic.
2 ) As you might be aware that in a woman with regular cycles day 10 to 20 of the cycle is the most fertile period of cycle. If the woman happens to have unprotected sex act in the fertile period, then she can get pregnant.
3 ) I will suggest that the immunisation with MMR
vaccine is with live attenuated strains. As such the risk of disease transmission is not there.
4 ) Anyway, she needs to confirm or rule out the
pregnancy with morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of doubt blood
beta HCG test and USG will be of help.
In case of negative pregnancy test results, there is need to worry.
Even with positive pregnancy test, USG done at intervals will be of help.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
