What Are The Early Pregnancy Signs And Symptoms?

Hi, i have not had an intercourse, just some intimate playing 2 months ago. I have bloated stomach, increased appetite, i keep on eating even though im full, nauseous like once a week for the past three weeks, didnt miss a period but the last one was black, instead of my normal dark red. Did 4 pregnancy tests with 4 different brands a week apart each and all came back negative. My weight has been increasing like 5 kg for the last 2 weeks. I have hyperthyroidism but went through radioiodine 4 years ago and now on thyroxine 100microg 5 times a week. Am i pregnant?

Hello dear..as you have got 4 repeated urine pregnancy tests negative..you need not worry regarding pregnancy..better get your serum tsh levels done as your symptoms may be because of thyroid hormone imbalance..and get your urine r/m test done..followed by an endocrinologist opinion..:)
