What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of HIV?
hi Doctor, i am male,25 yrs old from india,i had vaginal intercourse with one prostitute girl on 13-10-2010,with condom. i am uncircumcised & when i wear the condom i have not pulled my foreskin back,but i have covered the penis with condom & only have a vaginal intercourse lasting for not more than 5 minutes. My ejaculation occurs within her s vagina & saw the sperm was collected inside the tip of the condom...and some juice type material was there,may be semen at side of the condom the inner part,may be mine,as the condom does not seen to broke. After that ,that girl wipeout the condom from my penis,& i dressed up thoug some semen kind fluids was there in my penis,i..e the same fluid which was in condom. As 90% of the prostitute are HIV+ ,now iam really confused that whether that incurable killer virus comes within my body or not..& it s just killing me..i can t do any work..pls help me in this situation,& tell me how much or % chance i have to get that virus in my blood? From 20 days onwards some kind of rashes small red in colour ,i m observing on torso area,hands,legs..i..e limbs part,which is not painful & 2 pimple types rashes i observed on my face,which is painful....every day 5-6 small bumbs i m observing through out my body,while the earlier was becoming faded..now i m totally nervous..i don t know what to do..my question is 1)what u think ..my chance of infection as i m prone to diseases..& i m taking medicine of thyroid. 2) If i m infected with HIV ,what will be my life expectancy..(appx)? regards rahul.B

1.if your condom did nor break or slip , then there is no chance of getting HIV.
2. It is a hypothetical question. But these days we have such powerful medicines to control HIV that there is almost no effect on the longevity of the patient

Hello,Assuming the latex or polyurethane condom was used properly and did not fail (break), your HIV risk would be essentially nonexistent. HIV cannot permeate intact latex or polyurethane. . However, it's important to note that condoms are not always used properly,if condom are used properly the risk is non existing ,in case of tare or improper use the risk of contacting is high
The rashes , pimples and other symptoms you are explaining are the normal things happening to every one they are easily treated and has nothing to do with HIV infection
The chances of you contacting the infection is nil if condom is used properly
you can continue your thyroid
If you are infected ,than the life expectancy is very long with the help of medication
