Hello Doc! Please let me know the symptoms of early pregnancy as I am suppose to get my periods today yet I am not. So wanted to know if I can be pregnant . thanks, Ruchi

The best and surest way to confirm a pregnancy would be to do a simple urine pregnancy test. This test can be bought at any pharmacy. A 2mL sample of your urine early in the morning is all that is needed. A positive test is nearly 100% confirmation of pregnancy. It is difficult to diagnose early pregnancy based merely on your symptoms. I hope you find my suggestion useful!

tender heavy breast,felling of tired,frequency of urination will increase,the skin around your nipples gets darker,your sense of taste changes,sometime you will feel vomiting sensation
most important you will find the urinary pregnancy test positive
you can do it your own by the kits available in market. so do it first and confirm the pregnancy
