What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi doctor, i missed my periods this time (last was on 5th Jan). I suspect that I am pregnant. I tested yesterday (urine test for pregnancy) and it was negative. But I am not sure if the results are correct. Pls suggest if I can wait or I need to consult a gyno.

Hello dear,i understand your concern.In my opinion the urine pregnancy test gives accurate results a week after missed period.The symptoms of pregnancy start 2 weeks after missed period ie.,around 6 weeks.The symptoms are nausea,vomitings,increased urination,sore breasts etc.Consider repeating the test after a week .Sometimes the thought of pregnancy also delays period with negative pregnancy test.Hope iam able to satisfy your query.
