Can codeine interfere with a home pregnancy kit ?because I have pregnancy symptoms and test says negative still. I am 32 and 5 foot 3 and weigh approximately 10 stone, my periods are irregular and always have been except when sexually active which I have been for a while now.

No codeine will not interfere with urine pregnancy test.
If you are not planning to get pregnant it is advisable to take contraceptive measures.Oral contraceptive pill will be suited for you as they will regularise your periods as well.
Also I would like to know when exactly was your last menstrual period. Repeat the urine pregnancy test after a week if you still havent got your period.
