What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?
I m really worried that I might be pregnant. Is there any early symptoms i need to look for? My stomach has also been hurting for a couple of days now. Sometimes it s not like a stomachache and sometimes it is. Also when I go to the bathroom I have a little bit of blood coming out of my vagina. What does that mean? Can you please help?

Early signs of pregnancy include amenorrhoea, Morning sickness, Enlarged and sore breast, tiredness etc..Sometimes spotting do occur. I advise you to get urine pregnancy test preferably early morning sample. Serum bhcg levels which is more accurate in diagnosing early pregnancy.
