Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Delayed periods can be caused by pregnancy, hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactenemia, polycystic ovarian disease, stress, or extensive exercise. If your urine pregnancy test is negative, then pregnancy is ruled out.Tiredness, nausea, lower backache can be due to many other medical conditions including hypothyroidism. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN to get properly examined, investigated including hormonal profile and ultrasound, and get further management accordingly. Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries. Wishing you good health. Regards, Dr Deepti Verma.
