What Are The Early Symptoms Of HIV?

this is Dave of 26, my question is related to hiv. i have my sub mandibular lymph nodes swollen from last 4 weeks and from last week i have started coughing but it is dry. i m facing mild headache and now my noses are blocked but i don have fever and no night sweet. i have tested for hiv and get negative before 2 and half month. i have a girlfriend. she was tested for hiv before 5 month, 3 months and 2 months and all tests are negative. and she does not have any sexual relationship with other in last 5 months besides me but as she says she had protected sex with an unknown besfore ago. i m having unsafe sex with here thinking she is safe but i started to doubt now. do i have any chances of having hiv? and i m being afraid for another test.

As your syptoms are of upper respiratory tract do think of air conditioner/Water/food issues.If you were infected then tests will show positive.Also having protected sex is safe but men wearing men condom is better than female wearing female condom.Rate of transmission with unsafe veginal sex is 0.5% so its very low.For me it seems like viral infection.Or if you are a smoker then may be because of cigarrette too.Kindly,do check&get back to HCM.Regards,Dr Mahesh.
