Your auscultation and blood pressure checking also needs to be done ... Chest x ray then done to rule out cause.. If bronchitis there spirometry also done to detect severity... Then treatment needed with cefpodoxime 200 mg tablet or levofloxacin like antibiotic for 7 days... Healthy and balanced diet taken.. Avoid smoking if habit.
